We cannot guarantee the product availability even after the order is logged. This is due to our supplier practice first come first serve policy and late notification of stock unavailability. Our best practice is to refund the amount to the customer in the event that your item cannot be realized.

Stocks will arrive bout 4 weeks after pre-order end. Please order if u willing to wait for that long ya. Any delay/ early arrival of clothes will be inform from time to time. Please be considerate and is worth to wait. Thanks =D
Payment must be made in full before pre-order end.
No last minute cancellations of ANY item after order submitted to supplier.
Cash will not be refunded.
Ready stock
All Ready stock can be delivered within 3 working days within Malaysia

Please order by using our purchase order form and email it to our customer service personnel e-mail e-mail.
Refund / Stock Exchange
We offer 100% refund for all out of stock products. But we do not allow refund when the stock is placed at our supplier.
Stock exchange will only be given for manufactured FAULTY product (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty). Please note that exchange item will only be replaced by the same product, unless the said product is out-of-stock then we will either allow to replace with other product with same value or refund.
All shipping cost will bear by customer.

Please note that actual items might slightly differ from the images provided due to different computer's resolution.
Others
In case of any incident happened such as out-of-stock, wrong model or caused delay on delivery, customer will be informed and advised on the next expected delivery date.
Seller will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of item(s) during delivery.
